See why she chose her design of the "Phoebe" bralette and how she would recommend you style it..

I am a born and bred English lass but have lived here in Sydney, Australia for the last 9 years. During that time I married my incredible husband Georges Antoni and we have our beautiful daughter, Valentina. I studied Marketing, PR and Event Management (none of which I pursued a career in) and instead found my passion for writing. As well as contributing towards numerous websites and magazines I have a food blog Model Appetite (@model_appetite). Presenting is my second but equal passion and I have been lucky enough to work with the AHFAs, Stylerunner, Fitness First and video production company Creative Creations.

Where do you live?

I live in an apartment in North Bondi with Georges and Valentina. We are very lucky to have views overlooking the beach, it is our little sanctuary.

Where were you born?

I was born just north of London in a town called Milton Keynes. I’m pretty sure you’ve never heard of it. It’s famous for its round-a-bouts and a family of concrete cow statues….. It’s definitely no Sydney but it’s where I grew up so I am very fond of it.

What do you do for fun?

I hang out with my awesome family! Georges and Valentina are my life and anything the three of us get up to is always my favourite. We love our Saturday mornings at the markets, going out for breakfast and lunch and we love to cook. For me I also love pilates, going to the movies (although that doesn’t happen as often anymore), writing my blog, shopping (typical) and heading up to the Gold Coast to chill with Georges family.

What do you do for a living?

My first profession is modelling, I’m represented by Chic and Scoop Model Management. I then score the occasional presenting gig and also get asked to write for various publications. I also work for Georges as his Studio Manager looking after his schedule and admin. So a little bit of everything.

Where is your favourite holiday destination?

Georges and I decided on a fairly spontaneous trip to Sicily last year for our babymoon. It ended up being the most incredible holiday and is to this day our favourite place we’ve ever visited. We would love to go back with Valentina one day and recreate and make new memories. Next year we’ve booked a holiday to Lebanon, I’ve never been before but I have a feeling it will be a very close rival to Sicily.

When you think of the perfect black bralette what comes to mind?

I am a sucker for comfort. First and foremost it needs to fit well and feel good. If those boxes are ticked then you’re pretty much guaranteed for it to look good. I love simple and stylish with a pinch of femininity.

How would you recommend your black bralette to be styled?

Peeking through the sides of an oversized singlet or seeing a sneaky glimpse of it under a white shirt falling off the shoulder.

Do you prefer to wear the bralette as a fashion item or do you prefer it to be private?

This probably depends on how I’m feeling. If it’s comfortable then I would wear it morning, noon and night regardless of whether it’s being seen or not. I think a cute black bralette is a great understated accessory. If it’s on show it’s cool without looking like you tried and if no one can see it, it’s like a sexy little secret that only you know about.

When co-designing what inspired you to choose this style and why?

I designed the bralette to be effortless, cool and to stand the test of time through the ever changing fashion landscape. A timeless piece that could be dressed up or dressed down. On a day to day basis I am quite simplistic. Jeans, denim shorts, t-shirt, white shirt……so I wanted a bralette that I could style with what I currently own. Every now and again I’ll wear something a little more quirky or fashion forward. I think my bralette reflex both these elements of my style.

How do you want the women who buy your bralette to feel?

I want them to feel effortless. That they haven’t had to think too much in order to look and feel amazing. I want them to feel cool, stylish and unique but above all comfortable.
